Eligible Returns:
You may return qualified items for a full refund within 5 days of delivery. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with complete packaging and tags.

Unapproved Returns:
Returns involving used, damaged, or unauthorized items will be declined and, where possible, shipped back to you. Sonika Jewels is not liable for lost or damaged items sent without proper return approval.

Return Processing Time:
Once we receive your return request, processing will take 5–10 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days after the item reaches us for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
